Our Commitment

Virtue Resolve is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to clear, practical information about legal support should not be limited by a person's ability to use digital technology in a conventional way.

This statement explains our current position on accessibility, what we are doing to improve it, and how you can contact us if you experience difficulty using our website.

Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
1.  Virtue Resolve aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA — the current internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. These guidelines are built around four core principles: that web content should be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust for all users regardless of ability.
2.  We recognise that the people who use our website are often going through extremely stressful and difficult circumstances. Making our website as clear, easy to use, and accessible as possible is not just a legal consideration — it is a fundamental part of how we operate and who we serve.
3.  Our website is built on the Wix platform, which provides a range of built-in accessibility features. We work within and alongside those features to ensure our content meets the standards described in this statement.

2. How Accessible Our Website Currently Is
1.  We have taken the following steps to make www.virtueresolve.com accessible:
1.a  The website uses clear, plain English throughout. All content is written to be understood by people without a legal background, and we avoid jargon wherever possible.
1.b  Text on the website is written at a sufficient size to be readable without assistive technology, and can be resized using standard browser controls without loss of content or functionality.
1.c  The website uses colour combinations that aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast requirements, ensuring text is distinguishable from backgrounds for users with visual impairments.
1.d  Images used on the website include descriptive alternative text so that users relying on screen readers can understand the content of images.
1.e  The website is designed to be navigable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or pointer device.
1.f  The website does not use flashing content or animations that could pose a risk to users with photosensitive conditions.
1.g  The contact form on the website is clearly labelled and structured to be usable with assistive technology.
2.  We are aware of the following known limitations in the current version of the website:
2.a  As a Wix-hosted website, some aspects of accessibility are dependent on Wix's platform capabilities. While Wix continues to improve its accessibility features, there may be some areas where full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance is not yet achievable through the platform alone.
2.b  Some PDF documents linked from or provided alongside the website may not yet be fully optimised for screen reader use. We are working to address this as documents are reviewed and updated.
2.c  We continue to review and improve the accessibility of the website on an ongoing basis as content is added and updated.

3. What to Do If You Experience Difficulty
1.  If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website or any of the information or documents we provide, please contact us directly. We will do our best to provide the information you need in an alternative format that works for you.
2.  We can provide information in the following alternative formats on request:
•  Plain text by email
•  Larger print documents
•  Information provided verbally by telephone or video call
•  Documents in an alternative file format where possible
3.  To request accessible content or to report an accessibility issue, please contact us at:

4.  We will respond to all accessibility requests within five working days and will aim to provide the information you need within ten working days of your request. If this is not possible, we will let you know and agree an alternative timescale with you.

4. Reporting Problems and Enforcement
1.  We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you notice an issue that is not covered in this statement, or if you feel that we are not meeting our accessibility commitments, please tell us by contacting support@virtueresolve.com. Your feedback helps us to improve.
2.  If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you have the right to contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), which enforces accessibility and equality obligations under the Equality Act 2010:

5. Technical Information
1.  This accessibility statement is based on a self-assessment of our website carried out by Virtue Resolve in April 2026.
2.  Our website is built on the Wix platform. Wix's approach to accessibility is described in their own accessibility documentation, available at www.wix.com/accessibility.
3.  The technologies used by our website include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as rendered by the Wix platform. We rely on these technologies being supported by the assistive technologies used by our visitors.
4.  We aim to review and update this accessibility statement at least once per year, or sooner if significant changes are made to the website. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last reviewed.

6. Our Ongoing Commitment
1.  Accessibility is not a one-time task — it requires ongoing attention as websites are updated and content is added. Virtue Resolve is committed to:
•  Reviewing the accessibility of the website whenever significant new content or features are added.
•  Responding promptly and constructively to any accessibility concern raised by a user.
•  Keeping this statement up to date and accurate.
•  Continuing to work within and beyond the Wix platform to achieve the highest level of accessibility practically achievable.

2.  We recognise that the people who visit our website are often dealing with some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives. Ensuring that no one is excluded from accessing the support and information we provide because of a disability is something we take seriously and are committed to improving continuously.
